HASUD Passenger Terms and Conditions
By registering as a passenger, you agree to the following terms:
- Payment Method: All payments must be made through your HASUD digital wallet. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
- Wallet Load: You must maintain sufficient balance in your wallet before booking a ride. Bookings will be declined if balance is insufficient.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made before driver acceptance: Full refund
- Cancellations after driver acceptance: Subject to cancellation fee of 50%
- No-show penalty: Full fare charge
- Account Verification: You must complete email verification, face verification, and ID verification to access full features.
- Ride Safety: Always verify the driver's identity and vehicle before boarding. Report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Ratings: Rate your driver after each ride. Your feedback helps maintain service quality.
- Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
- Liability: HASUD is not liable for lost items. Use the "Lost Item" feature to report missing belongings.
- Account Security: Keep your account credentials confidential. Report unauthorized access immediately.
- Service Area: Service availability depends on driver availability in your area.
Violation of Terms: Any violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
