HASUD Passenger Terms and Conditions

By registering as a passenger, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Payment Method: All payments must be made through your HASUD digital wallet. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
  2. Wallet Load: You must maintain sufficient balance in your wallet before booking a ride. Bookings will be declined if balance is insufficient.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made before driver acceptance: Full refund
    • Cancellations after driver acceptance: Subject to cancellation fee of 50%
    • No-show penalty: Full fare charge
  4. Account Verification: You must complete email verification, face verification, and ID verification to access full features.
  5. Ride Safety: Always verify the driver's identity and vehicle before boarding. Report any suspicious activity immediately.
  6. Ratings: Rate your driver after each ride. Your feedback helps maintain service quality.
  7. Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
  8. Liability: HASUD is not liable for lost items. Use the "Lost Item" feature to report missing belongings.
  9. Account Security: Keep your account credentials confidential. Report unauthorized access immediately.
  10. Service Area: Service availability depends on driver availability in your area.

Violation of Terms: Any violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

Ride Driver Terms & Conditions

HASUD Ride Driver Terms and Conditions

By registering as a Ride Driver, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restriction code
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • No pending traffic violations or criminal cases
  2. Vehicle Requirements:
    • Motorcycle must be registered with LTO with valid OR/CR
    • Vehicle must pass safety inspection
    • Must have updated insurance coverage
    • Properly displayed plate number with clear photo
  3. Document Requirements:
    • NBI Clearance (updated within 6 months)
    • National Police Clearance
    • Negative Drug Test Result
    • Face verification photo
  4. Service Standards:
    • Maintain professional conduct at all times
    • Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained
    • Wear proper attire and identification
    • Follow traffic rules and safety regulations
  5. Earnings and Payouts:
    • 70% of fare goes to driver
    • 20% platform fee, 10% commission to HASUD
    • Weekly payout schedule
    • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
  6. Cancellation Policy:
    • Excessive cancellations may result in suspension
    • Acceptance rate must be maintained at 80% or higher
  7. Safety Protocols:
    • Always verify passenger identity
    • Follow designated routes
    • Use SOS feature for emergencies
  8. Account Suspension: Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Code of Conduct: Drivers must adhere to the HASUD Code of Conduct at all times.

Cargo Driver Terms & Conditions

HASUD Cargo Driver Terms and Conditions

By registering as a Cargo Driver, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Professional Driver's License with restriction code for cargo vehicles
    • Must be at least 23 years old
    • No pending traffic violations or criminal cases
  2. Vehicle Requirements:
    • Registered cargo vehicle (truck, van, or similar)
    • Valid OR/CR with proper classification
    • Comprehensive insurance coverage
    • Annual vehicle safety inspection certificate
  3. Document Requirements:
    • NBI Clearance (updated within 6 months)
    • National Police Clearance
    • Negative Drug Test Result
    • Medical Certificate (fit to drive)
    • Barangay Clearance
  4. Cargo Handling:
    • Proper cargo loading and securing techniques
    • Weight limit compliance
    • Prohibited items: hazardous materials, illegal goods, flammable substances
    • Insurance coverage for cargo damage
  5. Earnings Structure:
    • 70% of cargo fare to driver
    • 20% platform fee, 10% commission to HASUD
    • Distance-based pricing with weight surcharges
  6. Special Conditions:
    • May require helper/assistant for large loads
    • Must provide proper cargo receipt
    • Coordinate with dispatcher for special handling
  7. Safety and Security:
    • Cargo inspection before and after transport
    • GPS tracking required
    • Emergency response protocol for accidents

Liability: Cargo drivers are responsible for the safety and security of transported goods.

Boat Operator Terms & Conditions

HASUD Boat Operator Terms and Conditions

By registering as a Boat Operator, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Boat Operator License from MARINA
    • Certificate of Competency (COC)
    • Seafarer's Identification and Record Book (SIRB)
    • Must be at least 25 years old with minimum 3 years experience
  2. Vessel Requirements:
    • Valid Certificate of Ownership (COO) or Deed of Sale
    • Certificate of Inspection (COI) from MARINA
    • Passenger Ship Safety Certificate (PSSC)
    • Valid insurance coverage (passenger and hull insurance)
    • Life jackets and safety equipment must be present
  3. Document Requirements:
    • NBI Clearance (updated within 6 months)
    • National Police Clearance
    • Negative Drug Test Result
    • Medical Certificate (fit for sea duty)
    • Barangay Clearance and Coast Guard clearance
    • MARINA Accreditation Certificate
  4. Safety Standards:
    • Weather monitoring and trip cancellation during storms
    • Passenger manifest required for all trips
    • Life vest fitting and safety briefing before departure
    • First aid kit and emergency communication equipment
  5. Operational Guidelines:
    • Designated routes only
    • No overloading (strict passenger capacity)
    • Night travel restrictions
    • Speed limits in specific zones
  6. Earnings Structure:
    • 70% of fare to boat operator
    • 20% platform fee, 10% commission to HASUD
    • Distance-based pricing with passenger capacity factor
    • Weekly payout to operator account
  7. Emergency Protocol:
    • SOS feature integration for emergencies
    • Coast Guard coordination for rescue operations
    • Medical emergency response plan
  8. Inspections:
    • Quarterly safety inspections by HASUD
    • Random drug testing
    • Annual vessel recertification

Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with safety standards may result in immediate suspension.
